Istropolis welcomes Dell as the first tenant in the new project

A new project on the site of the former Istropolis in Bratislava, developed by Immocap, is making significant progress. A significant milestone is the confirmation of the first key tenant for one of the planned office buildings. This is Dell, which will move its Bratislava headquarters from the CUBUS building on Fazulova Street.
Modern offices for Dell
Dell's new headquarters will be located in an office building known as O2. This eight-storey building with a total area of 20,351 sq m will offer modern premises designed in accordance with the latest sustainability and technology standards. The building will be located on the corner of Vajnorská and Trnavské mýto streets, close to the planned large public space.
The interior of the building will feature a spacious and light-filled atrium with green elements, while the exterior design will include wooden details and a terrace for relaxation. Eco-friendly solutions, such as TABS technology for radiant heating, will help reduce operating costs and improve comfort for employees.
Dell is leaving CUBUS on Fazulova Street
The CUBUS building, where Dell is currently based, was controversial when it was built. Now that it is outdated and facing the loss of its main tenant, the question of its future use arises. Experts say it could be transformed into a residential building, which could help improve the urban character of the site.
The future of Istropolis
The overall project of the new Istropolis includes not only office buildings, but also residential spaces, a cultural and social centre and extensive public areas. The architectural design by the renowned KCAP office focuses on modern and sustainable use of space.
Construction work on the first building could begin within months, with Dell expected to complete and move in by the end of 2026.
The new Istropolis project will bring modern office space to Bratislava and contribute to the revitalisation of one of the city's key locations. Dell as the first tenant confirms the attractiveness of this zone for major players on the market. Follow us at najdikancelarie.sk for more news about the office market in Bratislava.
