BBC 1 PLUS

BBC 1 Plus - Bratislava offices is the first certified green administrative building in Slovakia. The certification took place through the American LEED system (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) and the building received the second highest certificate - LEED Gold. The building provides tenants with a new experience of Class A office space - the office space at BBC 1 Plus offers a healthier and more pleasant working environment at lower operating costs. By using architectural solutions in conjunction with modern technologies, the building saves on operating costs compared to conventional Class A office buildings, while being able to offer a healthier working environment (cooling through cooled ceilings, excellent natural lighting, quality artificial lighting, openable windows, etc.) , thereby reducing morbidity, fatigue and increasing productivity.
