The administrative building of Seberíniho 1 is after a complete reconstruction of the exterior and interior, including aluminum windows. The building and parking lots are protected and monitored by a camera system. The standard office is equipped with carpet, lighting, window blinds, air conditioning and structured cabling. The advantage is the possibility of connecting to an optical cable. There are storage spaces in the basement of the building. Hassle-free parking is ensured by a sufficient number of free parking boxes directly in front of the building - 90 boxes. This parking lot is reserved only for clients with a parking box reservation. Next to the building there is a parking lot (160 free parking boxes), where it is also possible to reserve a parking box, but parking is also allowed for our clients or their visitors. The building also has: a daily buffet, a dining room and a Chinese restaurant, a notary, law firms, tax advisors, construction companies, a general practitioner, a pharmacy, radios, an office supply store.
