The multifunctional building DAKOTA CENTRUM is located on Dobrovičova Street in Bratislava's Old Town. On its total of 7 floors, it offers more than 2,900 m2 of space, together with one underground floor, on which there is an underground garage. Parking is taken care of inside the building, or directly in front of the building in 3 reserved parking spaces for visitors. On each floor there are 2 elevators and two stairs, as well as two men's and women's toilets. Security is provided by the 24/7 reception together with the security service on a working day. As the building is located in the Old Town of Bratislava near the historic center, the civic amenities are at a very good level.
