VARIO - OLD VAJNORSKÁ

The administrative building on Stará Vajnorská is located in the well-known commercial and industrial part of Bratislava - Nové Mesto, close to the PRIM hotel. It offers its tenants office space on 5 floors together with its own parking lot directly in the area, which is separated from the entrance road by a ramp. The building does not have its own gastronomic operation, but there are plenty of catering facilities in the area, along with the post office, pharmacies and banks. As a result, civic amenities are at a generally good level. There is also a public transport stop for buses and trams in the area. The premises of the building are guarded 24/7 by a security service and also by a camera system. After 10 pm, the complex is closed.
