The administrative building on Námestí 1. Mája 14 is located in the Old Town of Bratislava. The entrance to the building is from Kollár Square. Due to its location, the building has very good visibility from the main street. The building consists of 7 floors above ground and 1 underground floor. The underground floor serves as storage and technical premises, the first above-ground floor (ground floor) provides space mainly for commercial operations (retail) and the remaining 2-7th floor is intended for office and administrative purposes. In total it is more than 3,000 m². The building was built in 1930 and completely renovated in the 90s. The last partial reconstruction took place in 2007, when the 6th and 7th floors were completed. As the building is located near Obchodná Street, civic amenities are at a very good level. There are many restaurants, bars, but also services such as banks and post offices.
